Stylistically, there aren't a lot of visible changes from your previous works. It's nice how you've managed to keep the same style while improving on some aspects, like the lineart and shading. However, this piece has some noticeable flaws. First would be the eyes; they are aligned in such a way that it's unnatural, Second would be the overly simplistic, stiff posing. Now that won't be much of an issue, since this is a piece that shows your current shading skills, but this could have more visual impact if you opted for a less stiff pose and a less subdued facial expression. Also, you should practice drawing full-body shots; since you're so used to drawing characters from the waist up, you should definitely practice drawing legs and feet.
Lastly would be the piece itself. In a gallery like yours which is characterized by artworks that show movement very well, this looks like a step down from that. Of course, this is just practice, but you should definitely practice with what you can already do and refine your style some more. Improve the basics of your style, and add more to it if necessary.
